Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing WestsideStay. By completing your booking and payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.

WestsideStay is the trading brand of Westside Property Management. Payment may appear on your card statement as "Westside Property Management".

1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms depend on the policy selected at the time of booking.
• Direct bookings are subject to the cancellation policy displayed during checkout and confirmed in your booking confirmation.
• Bookings made through Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia, or other online travel agencies are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective platform.

Any eligible refund will be processed using the original payment method.

2. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required before check-in.

The security deposit is pre-authorised on your payment card and is not an immediate charge.

Following check-out, the property will be inspected. If no damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, policy violations, or other additional charges are identified, the authorisation will be released, typically on the day after check-out.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to 5 business days for the authorisation hold to be removed from your account.

3. Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply where applicable, including but not limited to:
• Property damage
• Missing or stolen items
• Excessive cleaning
• Lost keys or remote controls
• Lockout assistance
• Unauthorised late check-out
• Smoking inside the apartment
• Unauthorised parties or events
• Breaches of the House Rules

Any applicable charges will be supported by appropriate evidence where required.

4. Refund Processing

Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
